What do you guys think? Good? Bad?
I think it's kind of sad because he's a great talent and never really got a fair shake...in my eyes anyways.

It is kind of sad to see the guy not get a shot especially after winning NXT season 2. I've always enjoyed Low Ki's work but, in the WWE you are very limited as to what you can do so him on the indy scene again should be great. Hopefully, ROH can bring him back in start to make stride's in becoming the number 3 promotion and compete a little bit.

This seems completely pointless to me. Do we know why?
I thought it was refreshing to see someone like Kaval in the ring. WWE didn't really try anything with him. He heard his match with Ziggler for the IC Belt was brilliant. Kaval/Mysterio would have been good to see as well. I don't think WWE got anything out of Kaval because they didn't give him a chance.
Shame. Another talent lost on Smackdown.

From Wrestling Observer:
"While nobody has spoken in detail about Kaval (Brandon Silvestry) being released yesterday, as even to a number of higher-ups it came as a surprise, the belief is the decision to leave was more his than that of the company.
The situation appears to be the company made a decision they weren't going to do anything with him, and this led to frustration and him wanting to be released.
The company at this point will release those who ask for it without attempting to keep them nearly as much as a year ago due to the feeling that TNA offers no competition, a feeling very different from one year ago.
He is going back on the indies to work under the name Low Ki."

LOL Well guess we know who Vinny Mac didn't go to for Low Ki's name change.
From what I heard, the split was a mutual decision and Kaval is the newest member of the "We don't have plans for you" club

I find it funny that WWE has been bashing ROH talent but look Daniel Bryan Danielson is their WWE United States Champion. CM Punk 3 Time World Champion, 2 Time money in the bank winner, 1 time ECW champion, 2 Time IC Champion, 1 one time tag team champion. it the fact that WWE wants to push Triple H's Butt Buddies and Gym Rats and that is it.
