For those of you that are unaware of the situation, Matt Ward was caught copying quotes without giving the proper recognition to the owners in any way. Now my decision, be it popular or unpopular, is this. Ward’s RP will not[/b][/u] count and will be deleted. Ward himself is not[/b][/u] banned, but[/b][/u] has received a warning that is the following:
Any more mishaps like this one and Ward will automatically lose the match he is involved in (even if his opponent no shows), and he will be banned from RoR.
This is in no way a free pass for plagiarism, as it will not be tolerated here.
With that being said, there is the other side of the Ward issue. There are a few on the roster that seem to be picking on Ward in the feedback section and are accusing him of handling the characters that are associated with the Ward character. IP addresses have been checked on all the characters in question (Ward, both Michaels characters, and Callaway). None[/b][/u] of the IP addresses in question are duplicates, which suggests that they are all different people as I believe them to be. This means that any more accusations that suggest they are all the same people will not be tolerated, being dealt with swiftly.
In short: had Ward simply given credit where credit is due then he would’ve been fine but instead he is being watched like a hawk as a member of our RoR family, and everyone lay off of the guy.

Nah, I'm just playing. It's a good decision and I personally agree with it - and I don't believe I made anything but one playful statement afterwards suggesting that they were all under one handler. Reasonable, even judgement. That's what a fed-head's all about. Keep it up. ~Galen

I really don't want to be breaking any rules here, but I would like to point out that Matt Ward could use a proxy to log in as the different account. Their movesets are the same type of style (40 moves including like 20 finishers), and when one of the accounts logs off, the other immediately logs on from what I've seen.
What the worst thing of all of this is that its not even a big deal, some people like having more than once character. So he shouldn't even have to have to say or not say that he is linked with them in such way.

I brought this up earlier, and got 'benefit of the doubt' as a response. While I personally am still suspicious, I'd just drop it - no point in stressing and belaboring the point.

You do have valid points, I'm not saying you don't. But for all intents and purposes let's move on.

If this my court he would be sentenced to arm drags... But I find this ruling to be fair.
